AudioLens offers a full, no questions asked refund within 7 days of your initial subscription. Refund requests should be directed to [email protected] with a brief explanation of your concerns. Refund requests will be reviewed and processed promptly.
Refund requests for subscriptions (both Annual and Monthly plans) are accepted within 7 days of the initial purchase.
Refunds are limited to the initial subscription period and do not apply to renewals.
Refunds are not applicable for promotional offers, lifetime plans, one-time payments, or gift codes.

Provide a brief description of the issue or reason for your refund request. This feedback helps us enhance our product for others. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed promptly, regardless of the reason provided.
Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and notify you of its status within 2-3 business days.
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process once approved. The timeline may vary depending on your payment method.
Refunds are not provided for the following:
Subscriptions purchased via third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These purchases are subject to the respective platform’s refund policies.
Usage beyond the refund eligibility period.
Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
If you purchased your subscription through a third-party platform, please follow their refund processes as described below. Refund eligibility and processing times for these platforms are determined by their policies.
Open the App Store app on your device.
Tap your profile icon at the top right corner.
Select "Subscriptions" and find your AudioLens subscription.
Select the "Cancel" option under the subscription details.
Note that refunds for subscriptions through the Apple App Store typically do not include the current billing period. Instead, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current cycle.
Follow the instructions to complete your refund request.
Open the Play Store app on your device.
Tap your profile icon at the top right corner.
Select "Payments and subscriptions" and find your AudioLens subscription.
Select the "Cancel" option under the subscription details.

When your subscription is canceled, your account is downgraded to the Free plan. Premium data and features may become inaccessible, but your data will remain intact unless you choose to delete your account.
If you wish to delete your account, you can request permanent data deletion by submitting this form. Once processed, your account, and it's associated data, will be permanently removed from our systems.
